Big Weekend
This weekend is going to be a big weekend for Me and Amber and our family, I will keep you posted on the going on’s but its’ is big. Things have been and will continue to change drastically in our lives. This weekend is just the first brick in a building that is starting to take shape for us and our little girl.

baby weight
So we had our ultra-sound today and the baby is weighing in at a whopping 2 pounds. She is really long at least that’s how she looks, and so darn cute. She makes us smile every time. The doc says everything is going perfect which is good news for us since all the problems Amber had in the past. But things are going great she moves like crazy we laugh about it all the time and there is one pic where she is covering her face, so I don’t think she likes her picture taken. 10 fingers and 10 toes and a great spine, so no problems at all. So that’s it right now had 2 people look at the house yesterday and 2 more today so we are geeked about it. But right now enjoying the little bit of sun that’s out and chillin at starbucks.
the looks of it
So i have been thinking about it lately and wondering who baby Charlie is going to look like. Will she look like me or will she look like my wife or will she look like one of those weird photo’s that Dave and Busters do of how your kids will look. I know one thing is for sure she has my wife’s lips and profile, and that’s a good thing. I know that no matter how she look’s she is going to be the most beautiful thing in the world to us. This Friday we have another Ultrasound with our doc so new pictures will be coming and I am so excited. I just can’t wait for her to get here and November can’t come soon enough. She really has brought so much to our lives already I can’t wait to see what she can do when she finally pop’s out. Check out my photo section at http://www.innmybrain.com/innmybrain/My_Albums/My_Albums.html and let me know what you think
update
Ok, so a little update from what’s going on in the Butler Family Front. So last saturday I helped move my parents into a brand new condo which was a ton of fun because everybody loves moving. So next is for us 3 to leave Alton and move out. We are currently searching for places to live and have it narrowed down pretty good. So look out St. Chuck here we come. We are getting really excited about our little girl. She has been moving like crazy and seems to love Ice cream, and hate turkey. Kind of weird huh. So we absolutely love our new church and they have been super inviting to our family. Jim is a great Pastor and really cares for what is best for his congregation. It has been an easy transition for us and what a joy it has been. So in the next couple weeks things should start to get crazy. Amber is feeling great and right on schedule. Her doctor said they might schedule her to go early so we can all have thanksgiving together as a family for the first time. I am sure it will involve turkey sandwiches since no one will feel like cooking. Amber watches her belly every night cause now she can see her moving and it’s really a awe inspiring thing. So that’s about it hope this catches everyone up.

Ok so how cool is this photo my wife Amber took it yesterday on our way home see if you can see the face, and what’s really cool about it is we went for a drive to pray for the sale of our house and to pray over our new living quarters and just to spend some quality time in the presence of God. And on our way back we saw this.
I (the Lord) will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you. -Psalm 32:8
pressing on.
So this little girl who isn’t even born has done so much so soon. We currently stepped down from our ministries at our church and are moving back to the lou. God really has us going and extreme direction. Our house goes on the market wednesday and we have a few places narrowed down to were we are going to live. My folks will be moved into there place by august and God is just doing great things in our lives. We will miss people at our old church but we know that when God says go you go. So I think the best way to sum it up is by one of my favorite dylan songs and here is the lyrics.
Well I’m pressing on
Yes, I’m pressing on
Well I’m pressing on
To the higher calling of my lord.
Many try to stop me, shake me up in my mind
Say, “Prove to me that He is Lord, show me a sign”
What kind of sign they need when
it all come from within
When what’s lost has been found, what’s
to come has already been ?
Well I’m pressing on
Yes, I’m pressing on
Well I’m pressing on
To the higher calling of my lord.
Shake the dust off of your feet, don’t look back
Nothing can hold you down, nothing that you lack
Temptation’s not an easy thing,
Adam given the devil reign
Because he sinned I got no
choice, it run in my vein.
Well I’m pressing on
Yes, I’m pressing on
Well I’m pressing on
To the higher calling of my lord.
PUNCH-OUT!!!!!
So little Charlie has been punching and kicking and bouncing off the walls lately. I had the pleasure to feel her for the first time a few days ago and boy does that little one pound girl pack a punch. She already makes me laugh and I just can’t wait to see her and watch her life. It will be better then any t.v. program or movie I could ever see. She makes us smile every day with the things she is already doing in our life. She love’s the sound of her mommies voice and the second Amber stops talking she starts punching her insides to get her attention. So now it’s a little joke that she must not move much and you will get it if you know my wife. So happy So happy is all we can say.
VIVA LA VIDA!!!!
Every once in a while I pick up an album I just can’t put down. It started when I was younger and bought Jimi Hendrix Experience tape, not cd because I am getting older and there used to be these things called tapes they had plastic and audio tape on the inside. But anyways this is one of those albums. From the opening song almost all instrumental to the final act this album takes you through a journey of color sight and sound and around the word in about 45 minutes. Chris Martin and the gang have outdone themselves with Viva La Vida. This is a must buy and a must in the listening department. Yes I know in the 40 year Old Virgin they said your gay if you listen to Coldplay but this album puts that theory to rest. It’s as if your sitting in the symphony only you don’t have to put on your monkey suit to enjoy this. Start with the song Life in Technicolor and see if you can’t stop listening .
1. Life in Technicolor 2:29
2. “Cemeteries of London” – 3:21
3. “Lost!” – 3:55
4. “42″ – 3:57
5. “Lovers in Japan/Reign of Love” – 6:51
• “Lovers in Japan” – 3:56
• “Reign of Love” – 2:55
6. “Yes” – 7:06
• “Yes” – 4:04
• “Chinese Sleep Chant” – 3:02 (hidden song)
7. “Viva la Vida” – 4:01
8. “Violet Hill” – 3:42
9. “Strawberry Swing” – 4:09
10. “Death and All His Friends” – 6:18
